We consult professionals in their field on such items as valuable art, antiques, jewelry and firearms. We pride ourselves on how far we go to ensure current values are assessed correctly. On occasion, we may opt to buy the total contents as a convenience to the seller, eliminating the need for the auction all together.

We offer some of the same venues of advertising for our estate clients as we do for our real estate clientele consisting of an array of internet advertising, signage, print media, brochures and direct mail.

Mostly probate auctions allow the prior inspection of the property; however, you better confirm it in advance.

You can also confirm if it will be possible for you to tour the property after the auctioning to decide the overbid at court.
